Corfe Mullen Carnival is seeking a Volunteer Treasurer to join our friendly committee. This important role is responsible for overseeing the Carnival's finances, maintaining accurate records, and supporting good financial governance.
What you'll do:
- Manage income, expenditure and accounts
- Provide financial updates to the committee
- Attend monthly committee meetings.Support key fundraising and Carnival events
- Assist the committee in fulfilling its wider responsibilities
We are looking for someone who is:
- Honest, trustworthy and organised
- Comfortable handling financial information
- Passionate about supporting the local community
This is a voluntary position and character references will be sought prior to appointment.
