Similarly to previous years, we will be making two standard widths of pitch available: 3 metres wide x 8 metres deep or 4 metres wide x 8 metres deep and these will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The success of recent Carnivals has resulted in a significant increase in enquires from vendors, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Please note that all Stallholders are required to provide evidence that they have the appropriate Insurance cover in place for the event. In addition, a written risk assessment specifically relevant to your activity at the Corfe Mullen Carnival, will be required when returning your stall booking form. Should you wish to discuss the requirements of risk assessment, please contact the Stall Bookings Co-ordinator as soon as possible.
The Carnival organisers are committed to ensuring that all activities provide the opportunity of inclusion for all. If your stall/activity is in any way restrictive (i.e. people with disabilities are unable to take part) please inform the Stall Bookings Co-ordinator and indicate this on your booking form. Should this be due to insurance reasons, we will require you to provide a copy of the relevant paragraphs from your insurance policy.
We recommend that you download and read the Stall Bookings Form, then contact the Stall Bookings Coordinator (details are in the form) to agree your precise requirements before submitting your Booking Form.
Please note that Bookings and Payments must be received by 30th April 2019 - we cannot guarantee pitch allocation for late bookings.
