Pitch Bookings

Standard pitches are 4 metres wide x 8 metres deep and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Larger pitches are available upon request, subject to additional charges. Due to the growing popularity of recent Carnivals, we have experienced a significant increase in vendor enquiries. To avoid disappointment, we strongly encourage early bookings.

Insurance and Risk Assessment Requirements

All stallholders are required to provide evidence of appropriate insurance coverage for the event. Additionally, a written risk assessment specific to your activity at the Corfe Mullen Carnival must be submitted along with your completed booking form.

Inclusivity and Accessibility

The Carnival organisers are dedicated to ensuring an inclusive experience for everyone. If your stall or activity has any restrictions (e.g., limited accessibility for individuals with disabilities), please indicate this clearly on your booking form and notify the Stall Bookings Coordinator.
If the restrictions are due to insurance limitations, you will need to provide the relevant details or excerpts from your insurance policy for review.

We recommend downloading and reviewing the Stall Bookings and Risk Assesment Form from the Downloads section below. Before submitting your form, please contact the Stall Bookings Coordinator (details are included in the form) to confirm your specific requirements.

Important:

• Bookings and payments must be received by 30th May 2027
• Late bookings cannot be guaranteed a pitch allocation.
